OUR VISION

Coachmate Collective is an inclusive, anti-racist collective of Coaches, Participants and Supporters. We are part of the movement to end the cycle of mass incarceration.

We believe every human being has the capacity to be a contribution. Using tested ACE coaching tools, skills, connection and support, we help people take clear, focused steps. When one person moves forward, we all move forward.

That is what every Participant receives: 10 one-hour phone calls with a professionally trained Coach, at no cost to them.

MEET THE FOUNDERS

Dr. C is an ICF-credentialed ontological coach with a PhD in Special Education. For more than 20 years, she has worked at the intersection of learning and social justice. A legal battle of her own changed how she sees systems and the people inside them, and she turned that experience into a commitment to helping others reclaim their voice, their choices, and their future.

A coach and mental health therapist, Christy is dedicated to transformation and possibility. After two decades as a therapist in schools and institutions, she transitioned to private practice. Her work is inspired by a friend who has been incarcerated for over 20 years.

An HR professional and life coach with a passion for helping others find their own answers. Sami creates space for growth and transformation both through her private practice and Coachmate Collective. She's driven by coaching, family, and adventure, and strives to be a trusted, supportive leader.
